Unlike branded/POS online ordering that work only off your website, customers can find your restaurant by name from TableSkip. What's the cost?
When customers place online pickup orders and pay at your POS, there's absolutely no fee to anyone, ever.
If you choose to accept prepaid orders, we take a 1% fee plus credit card processing of 2.9% + $0.3. There are no monthly subscriptions or sign up fees of any kind. We also never charge customers separate fees or change your menu pricing. Learn more on our pricing page.
Regarding tablets, our order app runs on almost any existing tablet ("use your own device"), or you can buy one from us at cost (~$50).

How will you market me to customers?

How fast do I get paid?
Weekly payouts via direct deposit.
What is the payment process?
For pickup that's not prepaid: we verify the customer’s credit card to prevent fraud, send you their order, and customers pay you in person at your restaurant. We never touch payments in this option.
For delivery and prepaid pickup: we charge the customer’s credit card and send you their order. We direct deposit you the order total minus our 1% fee and credit card processing fees.
We’ll always be sending you payments, and you’ll never have to pay us for orders.
How do I receive orders?
Our mobile app, TableSkip for Restaurants, is the best method. It lets you fully manage each order (accept, cancel, pause orders, etc). It runs on almost any existing iOS/Android tablet you may have ("use your own device"), or you can buy one from us at cost (~$50). We will also email a copy of each order.
Can I refuse or cancel orders?
Yes. With our mobile app, you can cancel every incoming order. You can also pause all orders, and turn on/off menu items and options based on availability.
